Kimberly is also a pioneer in educating notaries to diversify their skill sets, notably through Permit Running and ancillary services, empowering notaries to expand beyond traditional pathways while remaining compliant and ethically grounded. Through Notary Advocates of California, Kimberly works to protect notaries, promote statutory compliance, and elevate the profession’s standing among allied industries. Lisa Mach is a seasoned notary public who began her notarial journey in 2001. She is the founder and CEO of Mach Notary, LLC, and has established herself as a trusted Certified Loan Signing Agent since 2020, completing thousands of loan signings with precision and professionalism. Much of Lisa’s experience was gained directly inside title companies, where she worked side-by-side with top industry professionals—learning the intricate workings of real estate transactions from the inside out.

Lisa has been a proud member of the National Notary Association (NNA) since 2020 and has earned a reputation for her willingness to uplift and support fellow notaries. For the last two years, Lisa has served as the Arizona Notary Academy Advisor, passionately mentoring notaries across the state. Her hands-on training, real-world insights, and straightforward guidance have helped many Arizona notaries launch and sustain thriving careers in the notarial field.

Outside of the notary world, Lisa co-owns Adult Assisted Living Referral and Placement Service, Inc. with her mother, helping Arizona seniors find the right assisted living home tailored to their needs. Together, they have also run the Twilight Wish Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has granted hundreds of wishes to deserving Arizona veterans and seniors over the last 15 years.

Lisa is a proud mom to a beautiful 20-year-old daughter and enjoys spending her free time cycling, exploring nature trails, and camping with her husband, Lionel, and their lovable Goldendoodle, Teddy. She’s also a brand ambassador and outdoor enthusiast who brings that same energy and dedication into every aspect of her work.

Lisa is currently spearheading the development of a statewide training program approved in Massachusetts, raising the bar for notary education across the Commonwealth. After more than two decades in corporate leadership, Dana Scharf stepped into the notarial world in 2020 with a clear mission: raise the standard, build strong partnerships, and empower notaries to thrive. She quickly built a successful career as a signing agent, working with both signing services and direct clients throughout Washington.

Recognizing a major gap in professionalism and collaboration between notaries and their real estate, escrow, and legal partners, Dana launched her own nationwide signing service—Capital Closing Solutions—in 2021, while continuing to work in the field as an independent notary. Her dual role gives her unmatched insight into both sides of the signing table—and a unique ability to coach notaries toward excellence.

As the Washington Advisor for Notary Academy, Dana is known for her down-to-earth mentorship, no-fluff training style, and commitment to helping notaries level up. From foundational skills to business development, she meets notaries where they are and gives them the tools to grow with confidence and integrity.

Audra Murray-Siu is a nationally recognized notary mentor, visibility strategist, and business development leader with a specialized focus on California notarial law, professional judgment, and sustainable business growth. She holds the Master Credentialed Notary designation from the American Guild of Notaries Public (AGNP), an advanced professional recognition earned through demonstrated excellence in notarial practice, ethical conduct, continuing education, leadership, and contributions to the advancement of the profession.

As a California Notary Public and Notary Advocacy Member of both the California League of Independent Notaries (CLIN) and Notary Advocates of California, Audra is committed to strengthening public trust, protecting the integrity of the notarial office, and helping notaries develop the knowledge, confidence, and professional judgment required to serve the public responsibly.

Audra serves as National Advisor Team Lead and All States Visibility Administrator for Notary Academy, where she supports advisors and notaries nationwide, develops educational systems, contributes to curriculum development, and helps shape mentorship programs grounded in law, ethics, and professional responsibility.
